CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and full refunds are available for up to 21 days before the first day of the start of the conference. No refunds (full or partial) or credits will be issued for cancellations made less than 21 days before the first day of the conference.
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 30 days of approval. Please send written cancellations to service@mgma.com.
All hotel cancellations must be made directly with the hotel. Your hotel reservation confirmation will include instructions for modifying or canceling your lodging.
SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Substitution of a registration is permitted before March 19, 2027. Only one substitution is allowed per original registrant with written consent. The individual submitting the substitution is responsible for all financial obligations associated with the substitution and for updating any contact or demographic information. Please email substitution requests to service@mgma.com.
